A man and two women were arrested last night after “disrupting the proceedings” at a City Council meeting, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. The man was charged with a felony of resisting with violence and carrying a concealed weapon (a pocket knife), and the two women were charged with a misdemeanor.
