These were the reports then but apparently, they do not stand long as it is thought that the legendary singer may have been killed by her boyfriend, Nick Gordon. That is why the investigation into the death of Whitney Houston has been reopened and the singer's body will be exhumed, 9 years after she passed away.
Through exhumation, all procedures will be performed to uncover the true cause of her separation from life.
"Nick Gordon had a motive and an opportunity to kill him. "This is a very important issue to be investigated," investigators were quoted as saying by US media.
A source for "Globe" magazine said that Nick was present at the moment when Whitney was found in the bathtub.
