This weekend in Jacksonville was filled with heartbreak 💔  It was a heartbreaking weekend in Jacksonville.    A 7-year-old boy was fatally shot Friday afternoon and a 21-year-old was injured during a Westside shooting. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said the 21-year-old man who survived the shooting was believed to be gang-affiliated. Several homes were struck by gunfire, but no other injuries were reported.    JSO says an $18,000 reward is being offered to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest. The family has started a GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses.    Another heartbreaking story that unfolded over the weekend led to the arrest of a 20-year-old man. A man was arrested for fatally striking an 8-month-old on Saturday afternoon with his car after placing the baby in the street, according to JSO.    Justin Golden, 20, was charged with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
