WaWa opens its new Brunswick location
When WaWa opened its first store in Brunswick on Thursday morning, it already had some longtime fans in the crowd of an estimated 250 customers.
Lynne Jaeger stood near the front of the line wearing a WaWa shirt she got free at the March groundbreaking at the intersection of U.S. 341 and Community Road. She also held onto a WaWa tote bag as she waited to get inside at the 8 a.m. opening.
“I’m a Philly transplant,’’ Jaeger said. “I’ve been here two years waiting for this WaWa to open.”
