Sheriff Carl James said of the incident: “Crimes of this type are truly damaging at any time of year, but they are especially hurtful during the Christmas season. Several of my Detectives have called the suspect’s behavior in this case as “grinch-like” in nature, and I can’t disagree. I sincerely hope someone comes forward with the suspect’s whereabouts so he can quickly be taken into custody.”
