Power Outages around Waycross

 With the down pour of the rain today, streets are flooded and power outages around town, including downtown Waycross and near McDonalds.

Smoke Investigation

 Occupants can smell smoke inside there house but can't find any fire or source.

Bridge Collapse

 Central Park Apartments, a vehicle over a bridge and collapsed, and people were trapped in the vehicle.

Not sure where the bridge is.  I don't see a bridge in the area.

Weather

 The rain was coming down like the ocean was being dumped on Waycross. People are now getting stuck in the roadways, and the water is rising to over a foot.

I was driving near the stadium and water washed over my hood.
